Set sail from Rio de Janeiro in search of humpback whales and experience one of Brazil's most unforgettable wildlife encounters.

From June to August, humpback whales migrate along the Brazilian coast, making Rio de Janeiro one of the country's best destinations for whale watching.

THE EXPERIENCE

We depart in the morning for a 5 to 6-hour tour aboard a sailboat. Throughout the journey, you'll enjoy an immersive ocean experience, surrounded by the stunning scenery and marine life of Rio's coastline.

With a marine biologist on board, you'll gain a deeper understanding of these remarkable animals and learn:

  • how humpback whales travel thousands of kilometers during their annual migration

  • how they feed in cold Antarctic waters and breed in tropical waters

  • why the Brazilian coastline is a key part of their migratory route

  • how they communicate and interact through complex social behaviors

A light breakfast is served on board, including hot and cold beverages, allowing you to enjoy the experience in complete comfort.
